Born and raised in Vietnam, Cynthia grew up in a family where love, care, and responsibility for one another were deeply cherished values. After graduating from university, she made the bold decision to leave her home country in search of growth, knowledge, and opportunities in a safe and fair society. That decision led her to Singapore—a place where hard work is rewarded, and where she would eventually build her second home.

Starting out was far from easy. Like many young newcomers, Cynthia began with humble jobs—cleaning, serving, and doing whatever it took to survive. Over the years, through persistence and determination, she worked her way up from manual labour to management roles. With stability came the courage to pursue her true passion: business.

What inspired her most about Singapore was its lush greenery, vibrant diversity, and appreciation for everyday comforts. At the same time, she recognised opportunities to bring meaningful parts of Vietnam to Singapore—natural agricultural solutions, herbal haircare traditions, and trusted printing services.

This vision became CNJSHOPS, a business built on the values Cynthia grew up with: safety, care, and sustainability. Today, CNJSHOPS is dedicated to offering products that make everyday life healthier, greener, and more meaningful—whether through agriculture, hair & beauty, or paper printing services.

For Cynthia, it’s not just about selling products. It’s about sharing the best of Vietnam with Singapore, and enriching homes and communities with solutions that are safe, natural, and lasting.
